| WARRANTIES: | |

• Max Windsor offers a Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty, which warrants that your flooring will be free from manufacturing defects. This means that when used under normal household conditions will not: buckle, cup, twist, warp or separate at the plies due to glue bonding failure. |
| • Max Windsor also offers a Limited Lifetime Sub-floor Bond Warranty from releasing from the sub-floor during the lifetime of the product when using Max Windsor urethane glue and installation guideline under normal household conditions. | |
| • Max Windsor offers a 25 years limited finish warranty on its factory pre-finish Aluminum Oxide. This means that under normal household usage, the finish will not wear through or peel during the warranty period. | |
| • Industry standards for natural products such as hardwood floors allow for variations on color, a 0.25 thickness tolerance, and a 5% defect rate. | |
| • (Before Installation Inspection) The buyer has the final inspection responsibility as to grade, finish and quality of the order received. Materials with visible defects are not covered under warranties once they are installed. | |
